• All classes require a reservation
• Wear comfortable exercise clothes
• Pilates (mat) & Yoga classes require a mat. You may bring your own or rent one ($2) from the studio.
• Bring fresh socks (workouts may be done barefooted) & a clean towel
• For your initial consultation & assessment session be sure to bring appropriate notes from your orthopedic doctor/physical therapist/chiropractor, etc. schedule.htm
*Means Advanced Class. Not recommended for indivduals with back, neck or shoulder injuries.
