Class etiquette & what to bring:
All classes require a reservation
Wear comfortable exercise clothes
Pilates (mat) & Yoga classes require a mat. You may bring your own or rent one ($2) from the studio.
Bring fresh socks (workouts may be done barefooted) & a clean towel
For your initial consultation & assessment session be sure to bring appropriate notes from your orthopedic doctor/physical therapist/chiropractor, etc.
