-Cardio Kickboxing: A fun, full-body workout using basic boxing movements which focuses on burning fat and toning muscles through low impact, high energy exercises.

-Kettle/Peddle: This class combines the cardiovascular benefits of spin with strength and conditioning using kettlebells. This intense workout can be modified for any fitness level.

-Kickboxing: Burn calories, release aggression and have fun with this cardio workout using boxing bags, jump ropes, med balls and more… Gloves required.

-Spinning®: The Spinning® program is uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals. Whether you’re an elite athlete or an average gym go-er, this is an excellent low impact workout to meet your needs – all at your own pace!

-Spin/Shred: A 30 minute powerful spin ride followed by 30 minutes of a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups. Anything goes in this fun, exhilarating, no holding back class. Each week will vary in style, intensity and muscle groups we focus on.

-Total Body Endurance: This full body workout will target all the muscles in your body using hand weights, body bars, bosu and more.

-Hatha Yoga: This class is a low-impact yoga that helps to regulate breathing by exercises consiting of postures and stretches intended to sustain healthy bodily functions and induce emotional calmness.

-Slow Flow Yoga Basics: This hatha yoga class combines a focis on personalized, optimal alignment, ith creative flow (vinyasa) sequences that ride the breath and integrate the poses into a practice that builds skills for more advanced practices, while taking into account how, in human movement, function follows form, and form follows function. Normal range of motion governs our movement in these classes; we practice yoga in ways that are sensible and safe, and honor our structure and individual needs.
